I have more than 20 years of experience across Microsoft, IBM, EMC and Orange Business Services. My career has moved through telecom service delivery and sourcing, infrastructure engineering, disaster recovery, cloud adoption, commercial governance and datacenter operations.

That range gives me a useful perspective: I can work close to operational detail while still translating what is happening into the language of leadership, finance, risk and execution.

How I work

I tend to be most useful when the environment is high-stakes, cross-functional and ambiguous. I create operating rhythm, clarify ownership, improve financial and execution visibility, surface risk earlier and help teams turn complex activity into decisions.

Education & professional credentials

MSc in Information Technology Management from South East Technological University, Ireland. Selected credentials include PMP, PSM I, ITIL and Prosci Change Management, alongside Microsoft Azure certifications and executive education.

International profile

My work has covered Ireland, Denmark, Italy, Belgium, the Middle East, Africa and wider EMEA environments. I work in Arabic, English and Italian.
