Operating perspective
I am a senior infrastructure and operations practitioner with more than 20 years of experience across Microsoft, IBM, EMC and Orange Business Services. My work has moved through telecom service delivery and sourcing, infrastructure engineering, disaster recovery, cloud adoption, commercial governance and datacenter operations.
That range lets me work close to operational detail while connecting technical, commercial and organizational realities, and translating them into the language of leadership, finance, risk and execution.
How I work
I am most useful when the environment is high-stakes, cross-functional and ambiguous. I create operating rhythm, clarify ownership, improve financial and execution visibility, surface risk earlier and help teams turn complex activity into decisions.
International perspective
My work has covered Ireland, Denmark, Italy, Belgium, the Middle East, Africa and wider EMEA environments. I work in Arabic, English and Italian.
Beyond work
I extend the same systems perspective through independent infrastructure research, writing and podcasting, hands-on AI product building, travel photography and AI-assisted video creation.
